SynerGem wanted an impressive web presence that would appeal to candidates who probably earn six-figure sums.
The design of the new website had to not only communicate the key
elements of the SynerGem recruitment brand – ie, highly corporate,
professional and stylish. High earners have a relatively short span of
attention, so it was also vital that the content of the website was
logically organised, uncluttered, well laid out and easy to navigate.

Monochrome came up with a high-quality design that features clean
lines, clear navigation, colour-coded sections, elegant typography and
the appropriate use of ‘white space’ to let the design ‘breathe’.
