3D animation to evangelise a more efficient system of support.

The Brief
The previous method of operational support for Thales helicopters was
both inefficient and costly, and lack of supply when the system
couldn't keep up with demand meant that helicopters were often grounded.

A new system called Integrated Operational Support (IOS), was devised
to ensure a reliable and affordable supply of parts to the flight line.
The Result
Monochrome created a working 3D model of the previous method and the
new IOS method of support to highlight the benefits of the proposed
system.
These were animated and annotated and shown at the Paris airshow to get
the information across in a way that was both highly memorable and easy
to comprehend.
The Lasting Benefits
A much better understanding of the differences between the two
systems has been communicated and the IOS system has been shown to be the
better system.
