We are looking for an individual who will combine a high level of design skill with good coding capability compliant to new W3C and accessible standards. The successful candidate will work with our senior design team in providing a wide range of versatile design concepts, and will have a hand in visual stages, storyboarding, and XHTML template coding.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work in an, enthusiastic and demanding (but socially relaxed) environment; and to learn from those experienced in the industry.
The successful candidate must have:
- A strong visual eye and good spatial awareness
- Ability to work with corporate branding guidelines
- Experience with XHTML and CSS layout coding
- Expert knowledge in Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver
- A bottomless pit of enthusiasm and a good team player.
And the following is desirable, but not essential:
- Storyboarding and information architecture
- Experience with Illustrator, Fireworks and 3D Studio Max
- Familiarity with accessible standards
- Flash ActionScript 1/2/3
- Knowledge of Cold Fusion or other server based coding language
