How we brought Rich Internet technology to enhance online bookings.

Alton Towers has now launched a new online booking system developed by
Monochrome and powered by Associate v2 Rich Internet Framework, to
handle its extensive hotel reservations via the Alton Towers Web site.
|
The company’s existing booking interface offered little in usability to
end users, and proved to be problematic for hotel bookings.
Monochrome's extensive experience in Rich Internet interface
development provided Alton Towers and its hotels with a solution that
gives:

- lower drop-out rates and
- a different perspective in e-commerce technology.
