Introducing my VAT man

Just a quick note to point out that I've just posted up a gem on rubygems.org for VAT validation.

It's nothing fancy, it just validates a given VAT number against the Europa webservice, telling you if it's currently valid and in use.

For more information on vatman, please take a look at the Github's.  For more information on Europa, lookie here.
